Response Times Dashboard

The Response Times dashboard is a generic management dashboard that allows you to quickly view response time statistics for your company from the past two years. The dashboard is interactive and updates based on the filters that you select.
Dashboard Overview
The five boxes across the top of the dashboard provide Average Days numbers for the estimates that fall within your selected filters.
Received to Contacted
Represents the number of days between when the claim was received and when the claimant was contacted.
Received to Inspected
Represents the number of days from the day the claim was received to the day it was inspected.
Received to Returned
Represents the number of days from the day the claim was received to the day the claim was returned.
Received to Closed
Represents the number of days from the day the claim was received to the day the claim was closed.
Job Started to Job Completed
Represents the number of days from the day the job was started to the day the job was completed.
Select options in the Split By and Select Average Category menus to display response time data. The top bar chart displays the selected Average category by selected data set. The bottom line- graph displays the same data over the last two years.

Use the Split By menu to divide information by a variable. You can display information by
